Atelier francois merlet was set up in 2014 by François Merlet to explore the different expressions of French tradition through a modern approach, experimenting new lines and compositions.

Always minimalist, François adores creating functional spaces with a clean, bare essential aesthetic. He is interested in revealing his clients’ lifestyles and personalities in his projects.

He is passionate about Le Bon Mix, an intelligent & stylish blend of antique, vintage and modern design. 

In addition to his degrees in ‘Architecture Engineering’ and Architecture - Study and Economy’, Francois has a French Interior Design diploma.

The company is based in France, over the years it specialized in high end residential projects in New York.
